Hot-stamping the logo is the second gate. Microfiber's surface is denser than velvet, so foil needs a lower temperature than velvet and steady pressure — too hot and the cloth scorches yellow, too cool and the gold won't hold, flaking off after two washes. Embossing and custom logos follow the same rule: the die must centre on the bag's axis, or the whole piece looks crooked. That's why the front face is left mostly blank — to give the brand mark a clean home.
The drawstring has to be knotted, not trusted to friction. ZBD2 ties off the ends after they pass through, so the mouth can't slip open with a pull; an open mouth and a dropped piece of jewelry is no small thing. The lining is the same thickened microfiber, the inner face sheds no lint and won't scratch — rings and studs go in without snagging. The size is 80×80×35 mm and can be customised; cream, black and burgundy are on offer, with a minimum of 1000 for a small run and 2000 for a large one.
Shipment protection isn't optional either. Each pouch goes into its own OPP dust bag, then into a five-layer carton, so it survives long-haul shipping without crushing or damp. When you order, ask the cloth weight, the stitch count, the foil temperature range, the minimum quantity. Get those numbers and the delivery matches the sample.
Choosing between microfiber and velvet is its own call. If you need structure, a crisp logo and a bag that survives being opened a hundred times, microfiber wins. If you want a soft, gift-ready hand-feel, velvet is the friendlier pick. ZBD2 takes the microfiber route on purpose: its pitch is stands-up, holds-ink, no-collapse, no-crease. A thickened microfiber pouch that keeps its shape, holds its logo and doesn't slump does more for a brand than any thin velvet bag — and it survives a customer squeezing it in the palm ten times over.
Colour drift needs locking down at the order stage. Deep tones like wine red or ink black shift slightly batch to batch, and different microfiber dye lots never match exactly. The proper move is to strike a sample, approve the colour chip, then lock the dye-lot number and run the bulk order against that lot only — no mixing vats. That way every batch of a brand's pouches lines up in colour, even months apart. Getting the dye lot locked at the sample stage is far cheaper than a colour-mismatch recall later.
