双料束口袋，外耐磨里护饰 A Two-Layer Pouch: Tough Outside, Soft Within
束口袋是最不起眼的小包装，真要做讲究，门道都在两层料上。以「珠宝索口袋ZB10」为例，它走的是外层灰色耐磨织物、内里绒面亲肤内衬的双材质路子，袋口一根抽绳加一个塑料调节扣。装的是戒指耳钉这类小件，磕一下就花，所以里外得各管一摊事。
外层织物要扛造。ZB10 用的是高密度织物，表面纹理紧实，日常抽拉、和别的袋子蹭、塞进礼盒，磨个几百次也不起球不掉色。便宜货用的是稀松绒布，摸着软，装两次就起球，袋面发白，品牌标识烫上去也跟着糊。选外层别只看颜色，指甲刮一下，留白道的基本是低密度，慎选。
里层是绒面，作用是护饰。戒指耳钉塞进去，金属面和绒布蹭，不伤镀层不刮镜面。里绒也要讲克重，太薄一蹭就透底，露出灰扑扑的底板，贵气全无。ZB10 的里绒和内层是一体的，不是后期贴一块，贴的用久会卷边，一体压的才服帖。
袋口是关键。ZB10 用抽绳加塑料调节扣，拉紧后扣一推就锁住，比单纯抽绳打结牢，也比金属扣轻、不会刮花饰品。调节扣要选有承重的，太脆的一掰就断，断在袋口没法修只能扔。抽绳末端要打结加固，不然拉几次绳头从扣里滑脱，袋子就敞着。

出厂防护不能省。ZB10 每只套独立 OPP 防尘袋，再进五层外箱，长途运输绒面不吸尘不起皱。起订量看规格，常规小批量就能开，大货单价才下来。挑这类袋子，翻开口看里绒克重、拉一下调节扣手感、烫印牢不牢，三样过关，小件饰品才算真正被包好。

Take our two-layer pouch with the grey outer fabric and the plush inner lining: a drawstring at the mouth plus a small plastic adjust buckle. It carries rings and studs, the kind of piece that scratches at a touch, so the two layers each do a separate job. The outer fabric has to take abuse. It is a high-density weave with a tight surface that survives hundreds of pulls, rubs against other pouches, and slides into a gift box without pilling or fading. Cheap versions use a loose velvet that feels soft, then balls up after two uses and turns the printed logo muddy. When you choose, do not judge by color alone — drag a fingernail across it; a pale streak means low density, and you should pass. The lining is plush, and its job is to protect. A ring or stud rides against that nap instead of against metal, so the plating and the mirror finish survive. The lining needs its own weight; too thin and it shows the grey board underneath, and the luxury is gone. In our pouch the lining is integral, not a patch glued in later — a patch curls at the edge with age, an integral one stays put. The mouth is the critical part. The drawstring plus a plastic adjust buckle locks with a push, firmer than a knot and lighter and safer than a metal clasp that could scratch the piece. The buckle has to carry load; a brittle one snaps and the pouch is junk. The cord ends are knotted so the slip does not withdraw through the buckle after a few pulls.
The front carries a heat-pressed brand mark, which many clients want. Temperature and pressure must stay steady: too low and it rubs off at the first wash test, too high and it flattens the nap into a shiny patch. Always press a few samples before the full run.
Why two layers instead of one? A single layer is either soft and shapeless or abrasion-resistant and scratchy. Splitting the jobs — stiff outside for form, soft inside for care — costs one extra layer and changes the feel by a grade. Get the size right too: a ring pouch and a bracelet pouch are not the same depth, and a bag too deep lets the piece rattle, too shallow and the cord presses the jewelry. Cord choice is woven versus ribbon; woven lasts, ribbon looks fine but frays, so pick woven for anything opened often. A frequent failure is the buckle seat molding flashing, so the cord jams halfway; ask your supplier for a de-flashed sample before committing the tooling.
The warehouse fears damp as much as anything. Plush drinks moisture and goes stiff and board-like; in a southern humid season keep cartons off the floor with silica packs and air them on arrival. Do not stack boxes on the ground to save a step — one spell of rising damp writes off a whole case.
Shipping protection is not optional. Each pouch goes in its own OPP dust bag, then a five-layer carton, so the nap arrives clean and unwrinkled. Minimums depend on the spec; a small run opens the line, and the unit price only drops at volume. When you choose, open the mouth and check the lining weight, pull the buckle, and test the mark — those three decide whether a small piece is truly wrapped well.
